WHAT WE OFFER
Our main objective is to liaise with schools to assist students in achieving their goals, improving behaivour and transforming negative school cultures. We provide direct, one-on-one behavior interventions with students, particularly those who have experienced trauma and we are happy to engage with parents wherever possible.
Mentoring
Offering a range of mentoring services designed to guide and inspire young individuals on their journey to success. Specialising in 1-to-1 mentoring, group sessions, and targeted support for students at risk of exclusion. In addition, we offer private mentoring tailored to individual needs to foster positive growth and development.
Life Coaching

Hi, my name is Colin Burton.
As a Life Coach and Mentor, I bring more than two decades of dedicated experience in working with young individuals facing the challenges of exclusion and potential offending.
My commitment is unwavering, and my passion lies in guiding them towards transformative life changes, which enable them to surpass their perceived limitations and achieve their aspirations.
My mission is to work collaboratively with your child, students, church, or youth group, fostering positive shifts in thinking and behaviour. By doing so, I aim to empower them to become esteemed members of their communities, equipped with the skills and mindset necessary for success.
